1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and rajacuan ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your use of the website, mobile app, games, and all services provided by rajacuan.

By completing the registration process, clicking the "I Agree" button, or using any part of the rajacuan platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this agreement. This acceptance takes effect immediately and continues for as long as your account remains active.

Rajacuan reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Member Eligibility

Rajacuan services are open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• A valid Malaysian citizen or resident.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not listed on any recognized gambling exclusion list.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or corporate entity.

Rajacuan applies a rigorous identity verification (KYC) process to ensure every member meets these eligibility requirements. You may be asked to submit a valid identification document, proof of address, or additional information at any time to verify your eligibility.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the rajacuan platform. Holding multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, identification card number, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address. False or inaccurate information is a serious breach of these terms.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Any activity that occurs within your account is considered to have been carried out by you, whether authorised or not, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the rajacuan support team.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the rajacuan platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). rajacuan supports a variety of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, TNG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and online bank transfers.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is MYR 10.00 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set, however members may set their own personal deposit limits through the account panel. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30.00 per request. Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected payment method. Withdrawals to a bank account require the account holder's name to match the registered member's name.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Rajacuan reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require wagering at a specified rate before bonus funds can be converted to cash. • A member is only eligible for one welcome bonus for the lifetime of their account.

• Wagering using bonus funds only (without a real deposit) does not qualify for certain promotions.

6 Game Rules

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Rajacuan reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member at any time with or without prior notice if there is evidence or suspicion that the member has violated any part of these terms and conditions.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the rajacuan customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any valid balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process.

9 Liability Limits

Rajacuan provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, the accuracy of information, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Rajacuan shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions, system maintenance, or technical failures beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Rajacuan's total liability to any member shall not exceed the actual deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
